城口县中医医院：开展计算机导航下全膝关节置换术

style="font-size: 15px;"> 据了解，膝关节置换手术是一项治疗老年膝关节重度骨关节炎，类风湿性关节炎，创伤性骨关节炎等行之有效的手术，可以解除膝关节疼痛，改善膝关节功能，纠正膝关节畸形。同时，它又是一个对精准度要求异常严苛的手术，位置和轴线稍有偏差都会影响到假体的稳定和术后患者的恢复情况。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px “相比于传统手术，计算机导航辅助下人工全膝关节置换手术更加智能化、精准化、微创化。”廖文武介绍，首先，术中计算机导航辅助系统通过快速注册，将手术工具、假体位置及大小、骨骼的相对位置进行空间配准显示于屏幕上，通过红外线设备追踪手术器械和病灶部位，并显示在术前规划的虚拟解剖结构上，使医生能够观察到手术进程，体现了“智能化”的特点；其次，在计算机辅助下提供精确的手术信息，在对下肢力线的控制、精准截骨、ROM间隙平衡和操作性上，都优于传统手术更加“精准化”；此外，相较于传统技术，导航辅助技术通过毫米级的个体化手术方案订制，避免了过度的软组织松解，减少了术后出血，实现了“微创化”的理念。</span></p><p
