sans-serif;">初秋时节，走进沿河乡北坡村，当地村民正在大棚内忙着采收一种形似鸡蛋的菌菇。据悉，这种菌菇名叫竹荪蛋，是未完全长大的竹荪胚体，呈乳白色，因外形似蛋状而得名。相比竹荪，处于胚胎期间的竹荪蛋，营养价值更为丰富，含有多种人体必需的氨基酸、维生素和微量元素等营养物质，又因采摘储存更为方便，且口感爽脆、味道鲜美，近年来愈发受到市场和消费者的青睐。</p><p sans-serif;">今年初，北坡村围绕沿河乡“1+2+N”的产业布局，成功申报竹荪蛋种植试验项目，该项目依托于沿河乡丰富的竹林资源和适宜的气候条件，将因疏林修剪下来的废弃竹子粉碎成竹屑后进行发酵，作为竹荪蛋生长的营养物质，为沿河乡竹产业和食用菌产业发展探索出了一条新路子。据了解，该试点共计回收25吨废旧竹子，为农户带来了2万余元的收益。同时，通过流转土地、基地务工等方式，为全村150余人带来增收。</p><p sans-serif;">据了解，今年沿河乡结合全县“两种两养”政策，积极引进重庆市城口县玉红土特产有限公司，在柏树村采用套种的方式种植天冬50亩，以此带动当地的中药材产业发展。截至目前，该基地带动柏树村62人务工，实现劳务支出3.4万元；带动35户村民实现土地流转收益，涉及流转费3万元。</p><p style="text-align: justify;border-width: sans-serif;">“提绳那个捏手心啊，脚清步快找幺妹儿，本心想备四五根儿，奈何零散不成形，幸好攒得三提绳儿啊，包上蜂蜜和香菌儿，莫嫌提绳儿少又短，捆的是我一片情。”沿河乡秦巴韵生活馆里播放着极具地域特色的山歌，与山歌相呼应的，是店内一个形似桶装的麻布礼袋，这就是“城口提绳儿”，也是沿河乡大力打造的文创产品。“城口提绳儿”，是城口的方言，过去，人们在走亲访友时，都要拿出家中品质最好的土特产，用绳子捆在一起，方便提着馈赠亲友，“提绳儿”之名由此而来。打开这个麻布礼袋，里面装满了蜂蜜、腊肉、菌菇等当地的特色农产品。除了“城口提绳儿”，在秦巴韵生活馆里，竹笋、土核桃、小黑木耳……各种接地气的特产应有尽有。</p><p sans-serif;">金科迎红巴渝民宿位于沿河乡迎红村木杉湾的千年银杏树旁，于2021年10月1日正式运营，目前已成为沿河乡又一张响亮的名片。该民宿海拔约1200米，距离城万快速公路4公里，距离县城约40公里。项目占地面积37.5亩，修建巴渝民宿7栋，客房89间，可满足200人食宿。金科迎红巴渝民宿负责人刘汶弢说：“自开业以来，前来住宿的游客就络绎不绝，今年夏天避暑的人很多，这两个月我们就接待了1500余人，营业额在35万左右。”</p><p sans-serif;">据悉，迎红村集体经济组织以项目区土地、林地、房屋等资源作价以及财政投资的配套基础设施项目折算出资入股，金科集团等企业以货币出资入股，共同组建金科迎红巴渝民宿公司，民宿产权由公司持有，迎红村集体经济组织按照出资比例享有民宿公司20%的收益分配。项目打造完成后，农户不仅可以在民宿公司务工获得收入，还可以享受分红。“目前公司为附近村民提供了15个固定岗位和10余个临时岗位，按照不同岗位每人每天工资在150-200元之间。”刘汶弢说。</p><p
