visible;">渝中法院经审理查明，位于柬埔寨金边二号园区的“兄弟孵化园”是集“杀猪盘口”、“网络赌博盘口”、“赌球盘口”等多个诈骗盘口的诈骗集团，该诈骗集团设有后台客服部、后勤部、财务部等部门。“网络赌博盘口”下设立恒彩、信彩、博彩、京彩、圆彩、华彩等多个赌博网站，每个赌博网站下分多个业务小组，每个小组由“主微”、“副微”、“引流”、“炒群”构成。各赌博网站通过公司大量发布广告吸引赌客，由“引流”人员通过公司“养微信”人员提供的工作微信号与境内赌客联系，对赌博网站进行虚假宣传，吸引赌客到公司各个赌博网站投注、引导赌客注册账号、充值，将赌客拉进公司微信群并将公司“主微”、“副微”推荐给赌客。“主微”（兼任组长）负责指导赌客操作，“副微”负责配合“主微”，“炒群”负责在群内冒充赌客发布虚假盈利截图和投注计划，烘托群内气氛，“养微信”负责登录微信发朋友圈，提高微信活跃度。上述人员相互配合骗取赌客钱财。被告人范某某在该诈骗集团先后从事“炒群”、恒彩网管理，获利10万余元，被告人郭某某在该诈骗集团从事“主微”，获利13万余元，被告人吴某在该诈骗集团从事“副微”，获利8万余元。被告人覃某某在该诈骗集团先后从事“引流”、“炒群”，获利16万余元。</span></p><p
