此次网上房交会以“万川毕汇、万家筑梦”为主题，由万州区住房和城乡建设委员会指导，由万州区房地产业协会主办。将从9月1日持续到10月31日，历时2个月。 记者向顺豪 区住房城乡建委主任杜秀波表示，万州正积极抢抓成渝地区双城经济圈建设、重庆“一区两群”协调发展、郑渝高铁全线通车等重大发展机遇，房地产业迎来了持续健康发展的大好机会。 据了解，近年来，在坚持“房住不炒”定位的同时，重庆市出台了促进房地产市场平稳健康发展和良性循环44条，万州区出台了缓缴未售车位大修基金等政策。这些政策含金量高、干货多，减轻了房企的负担，降低了企业成本。 杜秀波表示，为办好此次房交会，万州区配套推出了契税全额补贴、放宽住房公积金贷款、银行信贷等一揽子惠民政策，最大限度让利于民，真正实现“政府搭台、企业唱戏、百姓受益”的愿景，不断满足广大人民群众合理的刚性和改善性住房需求。 记者向顺豪摄
