margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于疫情防控工作的重要讲话精神，认真落实国务院联防联控机制进一步优化防控工作的二十条措施，最大程度保护人民生命安全和身体健康。根据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》《中华人民共和国刑法》《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》和国务院《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》《公共场所卫生管理条例》等法律法规，现就依法处置新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控期间十种违规违法行为通告如下：</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1.隐瞒谎报防疫信息，尤其是有重点地区旅居史，与确诊病例密切接触史，渝康码异常（红码、黄码、弹窗），具有发热、干咳、乏力、腹泻等疑似症状，县外来城返城不主动社区报备的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2.拒不落实管控措施，尤其是不按规定执行集中隔离、居家隔离、居家健康监测（三天三检、三天二检）的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3.拒绝配合疾控和公安部门开展疫情流行性病学调查的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">4.阻碍社区工作人员、机关干部、医务人员、公安民警等疫情防控工作人员依法开展疫情防控，妨碍公务的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">5.经过疫情防控卡点的车辆和人员，以冲卡或者其他方式拒不配合卡点工作人员检查的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">6.违规举办大型节庆活动、聚会、宴会、演出等影响疫情防控工作的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">7.不按规定佩戴口罩出入公共场所或乘坐公共交通工具，不配合扫码（健康码、行程码）、测体温，不听劝阻，妨碍疫情防控的行为；无故不参加统一组织的核酸检测，不执行封闭小区或管控区域管理规定的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">8.编造涉疫信息、散布谣言、造谣滋事等故意扰乱公共秩序的行为；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">9.恶意囤积、哄抬物价、谋取暴利等扰乱市场秩序的行为。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">10.拒不执行县人民政府在疫情防控期间发布的决定、命令以及实施其他阻碍疫情防控工作人员依法执行公务、干扰疫情防控工作、扰乱社会管理和公共秩序的行为。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;">凡有上述情形之一的，依法依规对行为人予以警告、罚款、拘留等行政处罚；情节严重构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
