<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">鉴于国内、全市疫情防控形势严峻，为切实防范新冠肺炎疫情输入风险，阻断疫情传播链，保障全县人民群众身体健康和生命安全，结合我县当前疫情防控形势，经县新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部研究，决定在城区免费开展区域核酸检测。为方便您及时、就近采样，现将有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; text-align: justify;">2022年11月25日，08：00—12：00按片区划分集中采样。（具体采样时间以单位、社区通知为准）</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">葛城街道梧桐社区、东方红社区、凤凰社区、柳杨社区（仅滨河水岸）、桂花井社区、滨河社区、土城社区，复兴街道茅坪社区、太和社区、和平社区、友谊社区所有居民（包括常住人口、暂住人口、流动人口等）。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1.“渝康码”为绿码的人员，请在街道、社区和相关行业主管部门的指引下到就近采样点采样。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2.“渝康码”为黄码或弹窗人员，请配合社区落实管控措施，按要求前往县人民医院专用采样点采样。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3.“渝康码”为红码或有发热、头痛等症状，请立即向社区报告，严格按社区要求进行采样并落实分级分类管控措施。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;">五、温馨提示</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（一）请广大居民朋友在社区的组织下，携带本人身份证等有效证件或“渝康码”或“便民渝康码（核酸二维码）”（以上三选一），在规定的时间段内，佩戴好口罩分批次到达核酸采样点，在工作人员的引导下有序完成测温、扫码、采样。未成年人需由监护人陪同检测。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（二）采样期间，请全程科学佩戴口罩，准时前往采样点进行核酸检测，并按现场指引有序排队，与他人保持1米以上合理距离，不插队、不交谈、不聚集，采样完成后迅速离开。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（三）3岁以下婴幼儿、48小时内接种新冠疫苗人员、居家健康监测及居家隔离人员不参与此次核酸检测。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（四）各党政机关、企事业单位、经营主体要落实主体责任，组织本行业、本单位人员参加核酸检测，确保应检尽检，不漏一人。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（五）采样检测期间，将有摸底排查队伍入户了解核酸检测情况，对行动不便人员进行登记，请广大居民积极配合。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（六）请广大居民积极参加核酸检测，应检尽检，不信谣、不传谣、不恐慌。对无正当理由拒绝核酸检测、扰乱秩序、造谣传谣，引起严重后果的，将依法追究责任。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
