城口县启动实施个人养老金制度
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">12月14日，记者走访工商银行城口支行、农业银行城口支行看到，银行工作人员正向居民介绍个人养老金业务内容，并协助居民开设个人养老金账户，个人养老金制度已在我县启动实施。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;"></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">11月25日，人社部、财政部、国家税务总局三部门发布通知，明确个人养老金制度在36个先行城市和地区启动实施，重庆市被纳入先行城市名单。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">个人养老金是政府政策支持、个人自愿参加、市场化运营的补充养老保险制度，属于第三支柱保险中有国家制度安排的部分。个人养老金账户是个人通过银行向人社部个人养老金信息管理服务平台申请开立的个人账户，作为参加个人养老金、享受税收优惠政策的依据。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;"></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">根据相关规定，在中国境内参加城镇职工（包括机关事业养老和企业职工养老）保险或城乡居民养老保险的（未退休）劳动者，均可以参加个人养老金缴存。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">个人养老金产品具备运作安全、成熟稳定、标的规范、侧重长期保值的特征。存入个人养老金账户的资金，可以根据个人的投资偏好，购买符合规定的储蓄、理财、基金、保险等个人养老金产品，自主决定投资金额、产品组合等投资计划，实现资金的强制积累和保值增值。通过长期稳健的投资，个人养老金可以为将来的生活增加一份基础保障，提高老年生活质量。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;"></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">与普通存款、理财产品不同，个人养老金能享受税收优惠。政策规定，个人可在银行开立唯一的个人养老金资金账户，每年按规定额度（12, 000元）向该账户缴存的资金可享受个税递延优惠，即按照边际税率抵扣个税，在房租、房贷、赡养老人、子女教育等基础上增加抵扣项。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">复兴街道居民曾祥林说：“我觉得国家推出的个人养老保险，这个政策还是非常好，像我们一般公司不买，我们自己找不到地方交，没有这个政策，以后我们养老这块儿就存在问题，所以我看到现在有这个政策，决定来开个户，我觉得这个政策挺好的。”</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">目前，工商银行城口支行、农业银行城口支行、邮政储蓄银行城口支行均可办理开户、缴存、选购等个人养老金相关业务，广大市民朋友可前往咨询办理。</p><p><span style="font-size: 12px; color: rgb(165, 165, 165);">来源：掌上城口</span><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//bbs.cktcw.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_oCx" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
