style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">春节期间，人员流动和聚集增加，农村地区疫情扩散风险较高。为守护好您和亲人的健康，我们诚挚发出倡议：</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">亲友要爱护。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">返乡前做好个人健康监测，返乡后尽量避免与家中老年人、孕妇及婴幼儿和亲友接触，当好“健康第一责任人”和家人健康守护人。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">聚会少参加。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">倡导减少农村集市、庙会、文艺演出活动，简化婚丧嫁娶、春酒聚餐等聚集性活动，反对铺张浪费、大操大办。倡导微信电话问候、视频拜年等形式，尽可能减少走亲访友，非必要不聚集、不聚餐、不办酒，避免增加家人和亲友感染风险。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">就医要及时。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">出现发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛等症状时，请及时向乡镇卫生院或村卫生室进行健康咨询；无症状感染者、轻型病例采取居家治疗，不外出；症状明显者，尽快到乡镇卫生院或村卫生室获取健康监测、用药指导等服务；出现多日持续高热、呼吸困难等情况的，请立即到医院就诊。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">用药要科学。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">无症状不用药。如出现症状，退烧药与复方感冒药不要一起吃，多种退烧药不要重复吃，不要超剂量、超次数吃。严格遵照医生指导、药品说明书科学用药。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">疫苗要接种。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">积极接种疫苗，保护个人健康。主动劝导并陪同家中尚未接种或尚未全程接种新冠疫苗的家人尤其是60岁以上老年人尽快接种。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">口罩要佩戴。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">公共场所、走亲访友，要规范佩戴口罩并及时更换。尽量不去人群密集的场所，在公共场合保持1米以上社交距离，自觉遵守防疫规定。“阳康”后也要戴口罩，防止变异毒株交叉传播感染。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">习惯要良好。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">外出返家、饭前便前便后要洗手；作息规律、保证睡眠充足，避免受凉，保持良好心态；健康饮食，提倡夹菜使用公筷，注意咳嗽礼仪。每天开窗通风2-3次，每次30分钟。及时清理房前屋后和村庄内外垃圾、畜禽粪便、生活废弃物等；定期清洁消毒厕所内卫生洁具和地面。居家隔离人员废弃口罩及生活垃圾包扎好，丢垃圾前做好消毒，给清运人员多一份保护。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">邻里要互助。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">伸出援手，互帮互助，将富余药品和口罩等分享给急需的邻里、亲友。邻居有困难相帮相济，主动关心、照护、随访邻里独居、孤寡、失能、伤残和有基础性疾病等特殊脆弱人员，发现异常立即向村社区联系。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color:
