border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">2022年7月17日16时30分左右，天气炎热，杜有刚独自在河边乘凉，彼时河边除了他，还有两名小女孩在河对岸戏水。大约过了几分钟，杜有刚看到一个小女孩没了踪影，另一个则只剩一只手浮在水面上胡乱地拍打。杜有刚心里咯噔一下，“完了，两个孩子溺水了！”危急时刻，杜有刚来不及多想，一头扎进水里，以最快的速度向河里挣扎的女孩拼命游去，由于水流太急，10多米宽的河面他用了近10秒才游到女孩身边。此时，他潜入水底准备抓起女孩的脚拉到河岸，但发现另一个女孩已经完全沉底，如果先救一个的话，另一个肯定会没命的，命悬一线，他一手托举一个孩子的脚，一手抓住另一个孩子的衣服，拼尽全力，艰难地将两个小女孩拉上岸。此时，一个孩子已经昏迷，另一个孩子正不停地咳嗽、向外吐水，杜有刚立即对昏迷孩子开展急救，经过近1分钟的努力，昏迷的孩子连吐了几口水，才悠悠转醒。而此时的杜有刚已精疲力尽，躺在岸边大口地喘气。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
