border-box;">（三）作品须符合摄影主题，内容健康，积极向上，展现城口县域河流美景，彰显城口县广大党员、干部、各级河长、群众等维护河流生态健康，守护绿水的最美身影照片。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（四）作品为<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">人文、风景、纪录类</strong>。<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">彩色、黑白，单幅、组图（每组图4-10张）</strong>均可投稿。参赛作品<span style="color: rgb(225, 39, 8);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">只可做对比度、饱和度的适度调整，拒绝电脑合成、修改过度的作品</strong></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">。</strong></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（五）本次活动投稿方式为<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">电子投稿</strong>，投稿图片统一为<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">JPEG格式</strong>，作品<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">文件大小须5M以上，并保留图片EXIF信息，</strong>在文件名中<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">注明“作品标题、拍摄时间、拍摄地点、作者姓名、联系电话”</strong>。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（六）投稿作品必须为<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">投稿者本人拍摄</strong>的<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">原创</strong>作品，并对该作品的整体及组成部分均拥有独立、完整、明确、无争议的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益。由此引发的法律纠纷及责任均由投稿者全部承担。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（七）主办单位有权对入选作品以复制、发行、展览、放映、编印画册、信息网络传播等方式使用，不再向作者另付稿酬，作者享有署名权。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">（七）本次征稿不收取任何费用，不退稿。凡选送作品参加本次征稿的作者，主办单位均视为同意本征稿启事规则，若未按征稿规则要求，经查实，主办单位有权取消其参赛资格、追回奖项，并要求投稿人赔偿主办单位的损失。因违规等原因取消获奖作品资格后，不再增补空缺名额。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing:
