【乡村产业】城口县沿河乡：以需定训将“缝纫技能培训”搬到“家门口”

sans-serif;">沿河乡紧扣乡村振兴人才需求，把职业技能培训作为农村劳动者就业创业能力提升的一项重要抓手。把闲置办公场所改建成扶贫工坊，内设有培训室、会议室、服装加工车间、仓库车间、生活区共1000余平方米，为开展各项技能培训做了充分准备。依据乡劳动力资源台账，综合分析农村劳动力、脱贫劳动力就业、培训意愿等情况，制定出培训课程清单，同时通过院坝会、社员会、驻村工作队入户走访以及微信群、qq群等载体，精准摸排出辖区内群众的培训需求并建账管理。</span></p><section sans-serif;">为实现求职招聘“零距离”，创业环境“零温差”，技能成才“零门槛”，根据群众“点单”情况，按照“政府推动、部门监管、学校主办、学员受益”的原则，沿河乡积极与乡村振兴局等有关部门沟通衔接争取培训支持，引进城口县阳光职校开展本次缝纫技术培训，新购进大型平车、缝纫机30台。制定培训方案，明确培训方式、培训课程、学员管理制度，确保培训质量。本次培训共招募学员50人，其中脱贫人口占40%，拟培训22天，力争让所有学员都成为穿针引线的“操盘手”。</span><span sans-serif;">授人以鱼，不如授人以渔。课程开始，罗老师从最基本的穿针引线、调针距线迹、踩电动踏板及压脚等方面进行示范教学，让缝纫技艺陌生的“小白”们有了一个初步的了解。培训中，罗老师耐心指导学员练习砸直线、倒针、扯紧料子以及锁边等基础技能。并且根据学员的学习情况，免费为部分学员“补课”。学员们热情高涨，踏实勤奋，课堂氛围愉快，学习劲头十足。</span></p><p
