style="font-size:15px;">第一，在对城口中学的校园建设、学生情况、师资情况、学校成绩等做了介绍之后，胥校长表示，走特色发展之路是普通高中面临的任务，从高标准的角度来看，学校还没形成真正鲜明的特色。但作了一些探索，在德育方面，学校举行每周一次的主题教育升旗仪式、高一成立年级小主人委员会等；在艺体方面，高中开办艺体特长班，坚持开展全校及年级运动会，开辟学生成长多样化路径，为国家输送优秀体育人才。胥校长认为，城口红色历史厚重，绿色资源丰富，“红”和“绿”是城口最靓丽的名片，学校可以在这两方面做文章，挖掘资源，开设校本课程，形成区域特色。同时学校将结合学生实际情况，持之以恒开展学生养成教育、砺志教育、感恩教育和心理健康教育。胥校长说，根据学校现有发展水平，特色发展首先要立足于迅速提升教学质量，不一定硬要追求与众不同的东西。遵循教育规律，坚持不懈把学生行为习惯真正搞好了，这也是特色。</span></p></section></section></section><section><section
