red;">为帮助身处困境而不得其法的群众，罗欢集结社会各界爱心人士，发起、创建了一支制度完善、组织严密、纪律严密的纯公益民间应急救援队伍——“蓝天救援队”，队伍以“政府应急体系的辅助力量”为定位，开展人道救援救助、防灾减灾宣传培训、助学扶贫等公益活动，目前在队68人，志愿者260人。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;background-color: transparent;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;">2022年11月中旬，城口突发大规模新型冠状病毒感染疫情时，她主动请缨到党校一线隔离点开展志愿服务，换好防护服投入“疫”战，每天持续工作10-20小时，在隔离点累计服务384小时。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="text-indent: 32px;background-color: transparent;caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;">2023年2月，土耳其突发地震，罗欢闻讯而动，向市上申报前往一线，面对生命的呼唤，没有丝毫迟疑和退缩，到达基地后立即成立5个救援小组，携带翻译5名、地震破拆系统、雷达生命探测仪、卫星地面站、卫星电话、雷达蛇眼套、静力绳根、医疗包等设备前往救援点，在随时可能坍塌的房屋和开裂的墙体前查勘拍摄，即便身体不适，也依旧坚持救助，以期搜救更多生还人口。</span></p><p
