margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">茶室并不大，也并不奢华，一张茶几、几张茶椅、几件新旧搭配的老家具、几件粗布便组成了一间朴素的茶室。走进茶室，伴着那原始的淡淡的茶香，仿佛带人走到了繁华的尽头，给人一种清幽、宁静、回归自然之感。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">茶室邀请的“服务员”都是村里德高望重的乡贤、老党支部书记、老党员、法律明白人等，他们共同组成10人服务团，专门帮助解决一些“疑难杂症”。其实，这里是我们双坪村新的群众说事点。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">“一杯黄茶化衷肠，一杯花茶解民忧，一杯绿茶谋发展，一杯红茶颂传承。”这是老张茶室的文化内涵。老张茶室是鸡鸣乡基层治理的一个缩影，除调解矛盾纠纷，还提供惠民政策宣讲、脱贫精神传承、乡村产业发展等“茶点”，村民们闲暇之余到这里听听政策、拉拉家常，为大家提供一个共商共议、表达诉求、调解矛盾的邻里议事空间。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;">老张茶室还整合了“网格＋数字”双平台，畅通网格员“上门说”，当事人“到点说”，田间地头“随时说”，智慧平台“网上说”等“线上线下”民情民意收集平台，畅通了民意诉求反映渠道。此外，老张茶室还积极创建“群众点单＋村级派单＋干部买单＋群众评单”的新机制，打造“发现－受理－解题一分流－反馈－评价”分级分流闭环体系，推广利用积分兑换，将群众“说事”与新时代文明实践积分制度融合发展，全过程增强群众参与内生动力，让小平台迸发出大能量。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
