normal;">2018年1月25日，被告郭某金通过居间服务平台汇中利通投资管理（北京）有限公司与出借人蔡某宁签订了《借款协议》，约定郭某金向蔡某宁借款41271.16元，同时约定了还款期限、违约责任、债权转让等相关事项。借款到期后，出借人蔡某宁与被告郭某金以及案外人东信永诚资产管理（深圳）股份有限公司签订了《债权转让协议》，约定出借人蔡某宁将案涉借款本金41271.16元以及利息、逾期违约金与为实现本案债权产生的相关费用等债权全部转让给案外人东信永诚资产管理（深圳）股份有限公司。协议签订后，借款人郭某金按约陆续清偿了部分借款。2022年3月27日，案外人东信永诚资产管理（深圳）股份有限公司与原告陈某再次签订了《债权转让协议》，约定就案涉下余借款本金14837.62元及利息、逾期违约金等债权全部转让给陈某。陈某向郭某金多次催款未果，原告陈某向城口法院巴山人民法庭提起诉讼，并通过移动微法院线上申请立案。</p></section><section
