border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">为加强城口县城区养犬管理工作，维护社会公共秩序和环境卫生，推进全国文明城市创建，倡导市民依法养犬、文明养犬，根据《重庆市养犬管理暂行办法》，结合我县实际，现就规范城区养犬管理有关事宜通告如下：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">一、城口县城区（东至碧桂园小区和木碗厂，南至复兴小学和银子岩隧道，西至四塘坝大桥，北至环山步道）划分为养犬重点管理区，其他区域划分为养犬一般管理区。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">二、养犬人应定期为犬只接种预防狂犬病疫苗，犬只未经免疫，不得饲养。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">三、重点管理区内，养犬人应当自饲养之日起15日内，携带犬只到公安机关申请养犬登记。符合条件的，公安机关及时发放养犬登记证；不符合条件的，不予登记。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">四、重点管理区内，养犬人携犬出户时，应束犬链（绳），攻击性犬、烈性犬出户应装入犬笼或者加戴嘴套。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">五、重点管理区内，携犬人对犬只排泄的粪便应当即时清除，不得破坏环境卫生。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">六、重点管理区内，禁止携犬进入机关、医院、学校、体育馆、博物馆、图书馆、影剧院、商场以及设有犬只禁入标识的公园、绿地、广场等公共场所。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">七、违反犬只免疫、登记管理规定的，按照《重庆市养犬管理暂行办法》第三十二条、第三十三条的规定，由公安机关给予相应处罚。违反携犬出户相应管理规定的，按照《重庆市养犬管理暂行办法》第三十六条的规定，由公安机关或城市管理部门给予相应处罚。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">八、对正在伤人的犬只，任何人可以采取措施进行控制；难以控制的，可以就地捕灭。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">请广大市民自觉依法文明养犬，抵制不文明养犬行为，共同创造文明和谐的生活环境。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;
