normal;font-family: Helvetica;">”</span>要符合公路建设达标、质量基础牢固、管理机制健全、养护措施到位、路域环境整洁、运营安全可靠、服务发展显著等要求；展现农村公路在红色旅游、生态宜居、产业兴旺、乡风文明、共同富裕、路域环境、生活幸福、智慧创新等方面的显著示范作用；展现交通人<span style="font-stretch: normal;font-family: Helvetica;">“</span>逢山开路、遇水架桥<span style="font-stretch: normal;font-family: Helvetica;">”</span>的奋斗精神，勇于创新、精益求精的工匠精神，爱岗敬业、默默奉献的职业精神。</span></p><p style="font-family: PingFang Roman;">EXIF</span>信息，在文件名中注明<span style="font-stretch: normal;font-family: Helvetica;">“</span>作品标题、拍摄时间、拍摄地点、作者姓名、联系电话<span style="font-stretch: normal;font-family: Helvetica;">”</span>。参赛作品只可做对比度、饱和度的适度调整，拒绝电脑合成、修改过度的作品。</span></p><p style="font-family: PingFang SC;font-size: 16px;font-stretch: normal;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（五）投稿作品必须为投稿者本人拍摄的原创作品，并对该作品的整体及组成部分均拥有独立、完整、明确、无争议的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益。由此引发的法律纠纷及责任均由投稿者全部承担。</span></p><p style="font-family: PingFang SC;font-size:
