normal;">案件受理后，考虑到两案被告因刑事犯罪分别被判处有期徒刑十五年和二十年，目前正在监狱服刑，不能到庭参加诉讼。为了查清案件事实，最大限度地保障双方当事人的合法权益，倾听当事人的真实想法，妥善化解矛盾纠纷。承办法官张雷认真查阅卷宗，详细了解案情，制定庭审预案，提前与监狱管理部门取得联系，决定前往被告服刑监狱开庭审理案件。</p></section></section><section
