font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(136, 136, 136);"><br/></span></section><p style="color: rgb(56, 77, 96); font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">董奕锋介绍，城口老腊肉是穿越千年的舌尖记忆。距今已有2500多年的历史，孔子的学生以巴地腊肉为最高拜师礼，城口人民沿袭千年民间加工秘方，世代传承，其制作工艺入选非物质文化遗产，品牌价值超过4亿元。城口老腊肉是人文与生态交融的原乡美食。城口地缘价值绿色生态，城口老腊肉原料是生长在高海拔地区、以天然富硒饲料为食、养殖周期在300天以上的高山生态猪，再通过独特的香料、中草药腌制与青冈木炕制的洗礼，人文价值历史沉淀。根据中粮营养健康研究院、重庆市畜科院检测结果，城口老腊肉是低温发酵的健康食品。城口老腊肉是乡村振兴的举旗产业。城口老腊肉一头连接着全国百万吨份额的腊味市场，一头连接着千家万户的增收致富。截至2022年底，全县发展生猪养殖大户629户，建成老腊肉生产基地（作坊）179个，城口老腊肉年销量超8000吨、产业链总产值超30亿元，将全县60%以上的农户镶嵌进老腊肉全产业链。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(56, 77, 96); font-size: 14px;"></p><p style="color: rgb(56, 77, 96); font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;color: #000000;">董奕锋说，乡村振兴，产业为要。当前，城口正深入贯彻中央一号文件明确的“一县一业”强县富民工程，大力推动市委、市政府“四千行动”，扎实走好山区库区强县富民现代化新路子，以打造国际标准、国内顶级的腊味制品为定位，以打造百亿级城口老腊肉全产业集群为目标，以构建完善标准化生产、社会化服务、质量检验监测、品牌保护和营销、联农利农利益联结“五大体系”为举措，以政策支持、数字赋能、政务服务“三大”服务保障为支撑，全方位、全生命周期支持服务城口老腊肉全产业链发展，大力推动城口老腊肉“再出发”。</span></p><p style="color: rgb(56, 77, 96);
