0);">2023年4月26日，执行人员依法报请院长签发了强制迁出房屋的公告，并告知二被执行人若在公告确定的期限前仍不腾空交房，法院将依法强制执行。公告发布后，执行人员多次与被执行人李某某电话沟通并上门找寻杨某某，希望二被执行人能限期主动腾空交付房屋。后几经努力，被执行人李某某和杨某某终于现身，在执行人员遂再次向二被执行人讲明若再不主动履行腾空交付房屋义务将会面临被罚款、拘留甚至被移送追究拒执罪等严重法律后果后，二被执行人承诺立即着手腾空交付房屋，但希望能对不能搬走的动产进行折价。</span><br/></p><p
