16px;">对违反以上禁令者的教师个人，情节较轻、影响较小的，由教师所在学校或主管部门按照管理权限给予批评教育、责令检查、通报批评、诫勉谈话等处理，以及取消个人在评优评先、职务晋升、职称评定、岗位聘用、工资晋级、申报人才计划等方面资格；影响较大，尚不构成法纪处分的，由教育主管部门给予调离现岗位或现学校、降低绩效考核等次等方式处理；情节较重，构成违法违纪者按相关法律法规或纪律规定予以处理。对违反禁令教师所在学校按情节轻重，同步对学校党政负责人进行追责问责，对学校年终考核予以扣分，直至降低学校当年绩效考核等次。</span></section><section
