0);">5月3日，西渝高铁工程部在施工过程中因渣车倒渣时滚落石头将杨某位于高燕镇河岸村的房屋砸损，高燕镇调解委员会于5月15日组织双方进行调解，因双方争议较大未达成调解协议。杨某诉至我院后，陈晓军同志考虑到本案索赔金额不大、矛盾争议较为突出，于5月18日与驻院调解室工作人员再次组织双方进行诉前调解，并主动邀请了施工部拆迁负责人、党支部书记、高铁建设指挥部工作人员及高燕镇人民政府人员一同开展调解工作。</span></p></section><section 0);">调解过程中，杨某要求工程部立即支付房屋损害赔偿款一万元，西渝高铁工程部则表示按照工程进度高燕镇河岸村的房屋应当在4月底全部完成拆除，但目前仍有两户村民没有搬离，工程部愿意按照赔偿杨某房屋损害费用1万元，条件是杨某需立即同意拆除受损房屋，双方就是否拆除受损房屋争议较大，陈庭长和工作人员在充分听取双方意见后，向高燕政府及高铁建设指挥部工作人员了解实际情况，释法析理，悉心劝导，双方于5月23日达成调解协议并当场兑现赔偿金7000元。</span></p></section></section></section><section
