15px;">用20ml针筒的针头穿入结节内，抽出咖啡色稠厚液体10ml；抽液完毕后用5ml生理盐水分次反复冲洗3次；再次予5ml无水酒精分次反复冲洗3次；注入聚桂醇5ml保留3分钟抽出，再次注入聚桂醇5ml保留3分钟，抽出2ml聚桂醇，留置3ml聚桂醇，术毕，拔针。彩色多普勒检查未见明显异常，无菌敷料覆盖针眼。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom:
