高燕镇试点人大季会制 实现监督常态化

box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">乡镇人大季会制发韧于南川，水江镇从2007年4月起，试行每季度召开一次人代会，加强过程监督，以防止一年一度的结果监督带来“马后炮”。实施以来，人大季会制受到全国人大和各地人大广泛关注以及重庆市人大常委会的充分肯定。推行乡镇人大季会制，在更大的范围和空间实现了人民民主，实现了国家立法意图和主张，对于发展民主政治具有重要意义。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
