sans-serif;">范明志，中共党员，出生于1975年10月，1996年12月参军入伍，1999年12月退伍。现任城口县修齐镇第二中心小学党支部书记、校长。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;font-weight: 400;letter-spacing: 1.5px;line-height: 1.71em;font-style: normal;color: #3e3e3e;text-decoration: none solid #3e3e3e;font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei, sans-serif;">在部队范明志多次被评为优秀士兵和善作思想工作的指导员，1998年参与松嫩两冮特大洪水抗洪抢险，用“洪水不退我不退”的感人故事，荣获“抗洪抢险先进个人”。1999年退役后，至今躬耕在城口教育事业中，书写了“一个军人就是一面旗帜”的动人故事。转业安置第一站，他毅然选择了条件艰苦的岚天乡长安村小学。在岚天工作的10年间，他用心教书，用爱育人，深受师生、家长好评。调任至城口县修齐二小后，从副校长到校长，角色在变，初心却不改，他秉持的教育理想依然是：办有特色、有品味、有品牌的教育，追求卓越，用智用情办最好乡村教育。于是他带领全校师生把修齐第二中心小学办成了乡村一流的精品学校，学校连续十二年获全县教育教学质量一等奖，年终综合督导考核一等奖。个人2007年被评为优秀党务工作者，2010年7月被评为优秀共产党员，2012年被评为优秀共产党员，2014被评为全县优秀教育工作者。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
