70);">二是要担起“一岗双责”，树导向、守纪律。</span></strong>要发挥领导干部“关键少数”作用，率先垂范，切实扛起从严管党治院主体责任，始终把纪律和规矩挺在前面，做到真管真严、敢管敢严、长管长严，有效发挥管理督促、指导审判工作的职能作用，对照审执“两张表”，管出生产力、管出战斗力、管出高成效。</p><p style="text-wrap: 70);">三是要树牢底线意识，勤掸尘、紧绷弦。</span></strong>要结合即将开展的主题教育，坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，在以学铸魂、以学增智、以学正风、以学促干上见行见效，坚定理想信念、提升思想境界、锤炼党性修养，严守纪律规矩，严格防止干预司法的“三个规定”，做到政治素质与业务素质、职业道德素质一体提高。</p><p style="text-wrap:
