text-indent: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center; text-indent: 0em;">今年提醒您<br/>该打流感疫苗了<br/>希望这个冬天<br/>流感疫苗守护您和家人的健康<br/>快来了解一下吧！<br/><br/><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">01 为什么要接种流感疫苗？</span><br/>每年接种疫苗是预防流感最有效的手段，接种流感疫苗可降低患流感的风险，并预防相关并发症，减轻因流感就诊、入院治疗等的疾病负担。<br/><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">02 我院流感疫苗包含哪种类型？</span><br/><br/>1、四价流感病毒裂解疫苗0.25ml 。（6月龄至35月龄人群接种2剂，两剂间隔28天）<br/><br/>2、四价流感病毒裂解疫苗0.5ml。（成人及3岁以上儿童接种1剂。）<br/><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">03 优先推荐哪些人群接种？</span><br/>9月5日，中国疾控中心发布《中国流感疫苗预防接种技术指南（2023—2024）》，新版指南在2022年版指南基础上进行了更新和修订。<br/><strong><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">指南建议所有≥6月龄且无接种禁忌的人都应接种流感疫苗。结合流感疫情形势和多病共防的防控策略，尽可能降低流感的危害，优先推荐以下重点和高风险人群及时接种：</span></strong><br/>医务人员，包括临床救治人员、公共卫生人员、卫生检疫人员等；<br/>60岁及以上的老年人；<br/>罹患一种或多种慢性病人群；<br/>养老机构、长期护理机构、福利院等人群聚集场所脆弱人群及员工；<br/>6—59月龄儿童；<br/>6月龄以下婴儿的家庭成员和看护人员；<br/>托幼机构、中小学校、监管场所等重点场所人群。<br/><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">04为什么老人和儿童更需要接种？</span><br/>跟其它疾病一样，抵抗力较低的老人和儿童是流感的高发人群。而成年人抵抗力强，患流感的机率远远低于老人和儿童。<br/>老人、儿童感染流感后，病程持续时间长，往往久治不愈，导致其它致病菌感染的机会增加，易引发严重的并发症，如肺炎、心肌炎、脑膜炎等。<br/><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 0em;"><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">05什么时间接种最合适？</span><br/>通常接种流感疫苗2-4周后，可产生具有保护水平的抗体。可以产生持续6个月左右的保护性。一般在流感季前接种（最好是在10月底前），整个流感季均可接种。接种疫苗后6-8月后抗体滴度下降，所以应每年接种。<br/><br/><br/><br/><span style="color: rgb(79, 129, 189);">06 接种疫苗的注意事项？</span><br/>（1）患有急性疾病、严重慢性疾病或慢性疾病的急性发作期以及发热患者，建议痊愈或者病情稳定控制后接种。<br/>（2）18岁以下的人群，建议流感疫苗与新冠疫苗接种间隔大于14天；18岁以上人群可与新冠病毒疫苗同时接种，但需在两臂不同部位接种，但在接种减毒活疫苗后，必须间隔28天以上才可接种其他减毒活疫苗。<br/>（3）接种完成后，接种对象要留下观察30分钟后离开，接种部位24小时内保持干燥，接种后可能会出现低烧以及接种部位发红、酸疼等，一般24小时后会自然消失。<br/>（4）没有接种疫苗或接种疫苗后尚未获得免疫能力的重症流感高危人群，在接触流感患者后进行药物性预防，使用奥司他韦、扎那米韦等，但药物预防是一种紧急临时预防措施，不能代替疫苗接种。<br/><br/></p><p class="ql-block" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
