style="text-indent:2.21428em;">然后，王校长向大家做了《城口中学命题与审题、考试与阅卷、教研与备课活动的开展情况及工作中存在的问题》的报告。</p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;">他指出，近年来城口中学的教学质量取得了长足的进步。针对学校部分教师教学观念落后、学科差异明显等客观存在问题，城口中学在教学管理上进行了一系列的改革，效果良好。同时，聚焦减负增效工作，成效明显。王校长从早自习管理、课堂教学管理、晚自习管理、伙伴式发展、集团校共同发展、教学评价、教研组备课组评价、命题、搭建平台、期末成绩分析、“教学六认真”等方面详细汇报了城口中学的教学管理的举措，并且向各兄弟学校提出了集团内互相协作，团结互助，共创未来的诸多建议，得到大家一致肯定。</p><p></p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;">接着，黄元伟书记和在座各位领导进行了分享与交流。他从教学内容与教学质量的关系、决定学校发展的关键因素、决定教学质量高低的关键因素等方面谈了自己的看法。指出，作为学校的领导者，对教学改革的思考要慎重。教学形式的改革固然重要，但是“内容为王”的教学定律仍然是改革创新之本。提高教学实效，基础在于教学内容，关键在于如何达成教学目标。他分析了教师、教学内容于学生之间的关系，指出师生关系是最大的生产力。</p><p></p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;">会上，胥力校长介绍了城口中学将与重庆市渝高中学协同发展的具体情况。他讲到，办教育既要有情怀，又要务实。教研活动不能流于形式，提出在城口中学教育集团内部实现资源共享，鼓励城口中学教育教学管理者今后多到集团各校交流经验，学习分享。</p><p></p><p
