style="text-indent:2.21428em;">申请执行人汪某某申请执行被执行人彭某合同纠纷一案，城口县人民法院作出的（2023）于0229民初948号民事判决书已发生法律效力，被执行人彭某应支付申请人汪某某款项200,000元及相应利息，但被执行人彭某未按照生效判决履行义务，汪某某向人民法院申请强制执行。</p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;">立案执行后，本院依法向被执行人彭某送达了执行通知书、财产报告令等执行文书，要求彭某限期向申请执行人汪某某支付案款200,000元及利息，并如实向人民法院报告其个人财产。但彭某在收到人民法院执行通知书及财产报告令后，既不履行生效法律文书确定的义务，又未向人民法院报告财产，在执行人员向其调查核实财产情况时，仍然不如实向执行人员说明其个人财产情况。</p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;">2024年1月9日，城口县人民法院以执行人彭某“既不履行生效法律文书确定的义务，又不依法向人民法院如实报告财产，违反财产报告制度”为由，依法决定对被执行人彭某处以司法拘留十五日的惩罚措施，并对其采取限制高消费措施，将其纳入失信被执行人名单予以信用惩戒。</p></section></section></section></section><section
