style="font-size:15px;">校长胥力在行政扩大会上肯定了近两年来学校师生在精神面貌、学生文明行为习惯、教育教学成果方面取得了较大进步，提出行政一班人更要正视学校各级各类管理还比较粗放、个别同志大局观不够、能力有差距等问题，并要求行政扩大会全体同志要加强学习、锤炼本领；顾全大局、提高站位；以身作则、做好表率；主动作为、强化执行。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:15px;"> 胥力在全校教职工大会上对去年工作进行了简要总结，他说，过去一学年，我校在上级主管部门的关心和支持下，全校教职工自强不息，求进思变，同心协力，辛勤工作，学校在各个方面都得到稳步的发展，并取得了可喜的成绩。几个制约学校发展的问题得到了解决：超额绩效分配方案顺利通过并平稳实施；修订完善了评职晋级量化方案；高中教师待遇倒挂问题基本解决；拖延了几年的育人质量奖得到兑现；解决了青年教师无乡村学校任教经历影响职称评定的问题。教职工的精神面貌发生了显著变化，工作态度、敬业精神值得充分肯定，社会好评度明显提高，校内教育生态稳步向好：议论领导、发牢骚的少了，讨论工作的多了；谈论打牌喝酒的少了，关心学校发展的多了；要求少上课的少了，愿意多任课、申请当班主任的多了；说消极话、传递负能量的少了，维护学校形象、声誉的多了。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:15px;">胥力指出：虽然取得了一定成绩，但我们更要正视存在的问题。一是教学质量与外面差距仍然较大；二是学生行为习惯仍需持续纠正；三是教师业务水平参差不齐，对中高考研究不透，讲课吸引力不强，作业随意，教学理念陈旧。少数教师责任心不强，没有齐抓共管意识，教太爷书，不管纪律，仍有迟到早退现象，下雨天体育教师不到位，不讲普通话，坐着讲课，体罚学生仍然存在；四是备课组活动教研质量仍有差距，师徒结对形式化，成效不明显；五是少数班主任责任心不强，到班到位不够，工作不细致，矛盾隐患排查不深入，不能及时发现问题，一些新班主任不熟悉班主任常规工作；六是少数老师不能正确处理家庭和工作的关系，大局意识不强，只考虑个人利益的现象还是存在。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2.21428em;"><span style="font-size:15px;">针对新学期的工作，胥力表示学校将系统谋划、理清思路，并从四个方面和老师们深入交流：一是认清形势，把握机遇。目前，城口育才中学即将建成，招生在即，县上将对城区中学布局进行调整，目前有较多的不确定性，城口中学面临竞争压力；城中“县中”身份不可替代，学校一方面要积极向上级争取政策、资金，一方面要解放思想，大胆探索学校发展、质量提升的新路径。要善于把压力转化为动力。二是统一思想，凝心聚力。一年多来，学校管理坚持公开透明，充分发扬民主，希望老师们看到领导作风的转变，管理理念和管理方式的变化，心往一处想，劲往一处使。全体教职工要有大局观，客观、实事求是评价学校工作和领导班子，共同维护学校形象。要有校兴我荣校衰我耻的共识。要正确看待利益，不能只站在自己的角度。各级干部要以身作则，营造风清气正、心齐劲足的更和谐的工作和生活氛围，让工作态度端正教学成绩好的老师有更多的话语权和平台。三是明确目标，担当使命。学校要坚定不移狠抓质量，中考成绩要继续保持全县领头羊地位，高考成绩要尽快达重庆市平均水平，在拔尖人才培养上有明显突破。各年级，要根据学校发展，从一年级就把目标细化到班级。老师也要理清个人成长目标，把实现个人价值与学校发展、学生成才统一起来。城口地处山区，读书是城口儿女改变命运的主要途径，城口中学作为县中，责任重大，使命光荣，我们要树立与老百姓一致的质量观，本期启动高二年级周末课后服务，实施拔尖人才培养计划。要进一步增强使命感、紧迫感，以更优异的成绩赢得全县人民的信任，为未来与育才中学的良性竞争打下坚实基础。四是完善制度，优化管理。本期重点是制定教学质量考核评价制度。要进一步严格管理，强化结果运用，完善激励机制。提高站位，树立全校一盘棋思想，要有系统性思维。领导干部要进一步下沉工作重心，作风要务实，多听意见；三级巡查要到位，要积极作为，多进教室，到食堂要教学生习惯。部门处室要进一步细化落实工作措施，各块各年级加强过程管理，教师要形成流动机制。要进一步增强政治意识、规矩意识、纪律意识，持续开展师德师风教育，遵守规章制度，克制个性，合理表达意见诉求。要常态化地召开教代会，更好发挥工会桥梁纽带作用。要进一步规范办学和教学行为，不体罚学生，坚决杜绝乱收费。持续抓好学生行为习惯养成教育。胥力最后强调，本期工作非常关键，希望全校教职工尽快进入工作状态，围绕学校发展目标，凝心聚力，在新学期里再创佳绩！</span></p></section></section><section
