white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">其中最大日涌水量达到了80万方，他曾带领项目部人员一起抬钢筋网片、背片石、搬防汛沙袋……曾连续奋战过五天五夜，而这样的经历，他们总共经历过3次。因时常受山洪影响，项目部组织成立了专门的抢险作业队伍，并坚持“排、堵结合，以排为主，上堵下排”的原则施工，减少施工安全风险。在材料运输上，工程部部长陈科任依然记得，为了将材料按时送达施工现场，他和司机古顺银途经陕西，一天连夜吃住都在货车上面，一路押运。运输途中，由于货车超长达到25米，部分省道道路狭窄，只能人工一路搬运片石垫路通行。道路不畅，就找来骡马将材料运输至洞口，完成进洞首炮。吴家梁隧道施工，不仅面临山洪猛行路难的问题，因吴家梁隧道泄水洞穿越煤层，设计为低瓦斯隧道，项目部在配备专职瓦检员对隧道内有毒有害气体进行监测的同时，采取“技防+人防”，并严格落实“一炮三检”，加强隧道通风，确保项目工程的顺利进行。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; font-size: 17.068px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">由于吴家梁隧道泄水洞下穿运营高速公路的特殊性，项目部与设计人员沟通后，调整横向支洞下沉0.5m进行开挖施工。这样距中心水沟最近的净距由0.75m调整到1.98m，距离路面达到3m以上，最大限度留有岩柱，以确保开挖安全及行车安全。同时邀请北京科技大学科研团队对数码电子雷管精准延时爆破进行专项设计。雷管间隔参数控制在50ms/段。同时对穿过公路段爆破震速全过程进行爆破振速监测，将爆破振速控制在2cm/s以下，达到无感震动效果。在放炮时采取“爆破联动机制”，保障行车安全。由于隧道断面小，大型机械设备无法进洞施工。项目部在传统作业的基础上，自主研发开挖台车、立架台车、喷浆机具等。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
