initial;">要扣紧压实工作责任，</strong>市管领导要抓好分管联系领域生态环保工作，行业部门要担起属事责任，乡镇街道要落实属地责任，村社区要加强群众生态文明知识宣传，推动汇聚条块共抓、多跨协调的工作合力。<strong style="border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color: initial;">要完善工作推进机制。</strong>健全工作专班，推进闭环落实，加强沟通对接，争取更多专项资金、改革试点、重大专项政策落地城口，把更多生态优势转化为发展胜势。<strong style="border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color: initial;">要加强政策供给保障。</strong>着力谋划重大项目，努力争取财政投入，奋力撬动社会资本，策划实施一批生态农业、生态旅游、医疗康养等重大项目，补齐生态基础设施短板。<strong style="border-width: 0px;border-style: initial;border-color:
