<section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="44134" style="margin-bottom:unset"><section style="margin:10px 0px"><section style="display:flex;justify-content:space-between;align-items:center"><section style="width:35px;margin-bottom:unset"><p></p></section><section style="width:35px;margin-bottom:unset;transform:rotateY(180deg);-webkit-transform:rotateY(180deg);-moz-transform:rotateY(180deg);-ms-transform:rotateY(180deg);-o-transform:rotateY(180deg)"><p></p></section></section><section style="border:1px dashed rgb(61, 139, 255);border-radius:8px;padding:20px;margin:0px 5px;box-sizing:border-box"><section style="letter-spacing: 2px;line-height: 1.75;color: rgb(94, 162, 210);margin-bottom: unset"><p><br/></p><p style="text-align:center;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">城口县商务委员会<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:center;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">关于实施2024年消费品以旧换新<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:center;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:0;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">补贴政策的公告<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:32px"><br/></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">广大市民朋友：<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:43px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">为深入贯彻落实中央和重庆市决策部署，积极推动消费品以旧换新。根据国务院《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》（国发〔2024〕7 号）和国家发展改革委 财政部《关于加力支持大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新的若干措施》（发改环资〔2024〕1104号）等文件精神，现将补贴政策公告如下：<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px;line-height:38px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">一、实施汽车报废更新补贴。对个人消费者报废相关标准的旧乘用车并购买符合条件的新能源乘用车的，补贴标准2万元/辆；购买2.0升及以下排量燃油乘用车的，补贴标准1.5万元/辆。该项补贴政策从今年4月25日起一直执行到12月31日，由个人消费者通过支付宝、微信、抖音、云闪付等平台搜索“汽车以旧换新”自行申报领取。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px;line-height:38px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">二、实施汽车置换更新补贴。对个人消费者售卖转让旧乘用车并购买新能源乘用车新车的，按裸车价金额的6%，最低不低于3000元、最高不超过1.2万元予以补贴；对换购燃油乘用车新车的，按裸车价的5%，最低不低于2000元、最高不超过1万元予以补贴。该项补贴政策从今年4月25日起按照“总额控制、先报先得、用完即止”的原则组织实施，由个人消费者通过微信小程序搜索“重庆市汽车置换补贴申报”平台自行申报。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px;line-height:38px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">三、实施电动自行车以旧换新补贴。对个人消费者交售了名下电动自行车并购买符合国家标准的电动自行车新车，按照500元/辆给予定额补贴。该项补贴政策从今年8月26日起按照“总额控制、先报先得、用完即止”的原则组织实施，由个体消费者通过微信搜索“爱尚重庆”“重庆商务委”公众号自行申报。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px;line-height:38px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">四、实施绿色智能家电以旧换新购置补贴。对个人消费者购买冰箱、洗衣机等11类家电产品（冰箱(含冰柜)、洗衣机(含干衣机)、电视(含激光电视)、空调(含家用中央空调)、电脑(品牌机，含笔记本电脑，不含平板电脑、组装机)、热水器(含电热水器、壁挂炉)、家用灶具(含集成灶)、吸油烟机、洗碗机、净水器、投影仪），给予2级能效或水效标准产品销售价格15%、1级及以上能效或水效标准产品销售价格20%的政策补贴。每位消费者每类产品可补贴 1件，每件补贴不超过 2000 元。该项补贴政策从今年8月26日起一直执行到12月31日。家电以旧换新由县商务委会同相关部门按要求征集、审查、确定的参与商家（商家名单附后）对消费者进行垫资直补后，参与商家通过市商务委专用平台进行申报。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px;line-height:38px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">五、提高家装消费贷款贴息标准。对个人消费者在参与银行借贷用于旧房装修、局部换新的消费贷款，将贴息时间延长为最长12个月，贴息标准提高到按年利率2%、最多不超过4000元给予贴息。该项补贴政策资金规模为1000万元，该项补贴政策按照“总额控制、先报先得、用完即止”的原则组织实施。家装消费贷款贴息由个人消费者通过“云闪付”APP自行申报。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:43px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">任何单位和个人不得弄虚作假，严禁提供虚假材料，严禁骗取补贴资金，否则将追回已发放的补贴资金，并依法依规予以查处。诚邀广大市民监督，通过消费者投诉举报热线12315等渠道，对虚高价格等扰乱市场行为进行举报；通过110举报热线，对“黄牛”骗补等违法行为进行举报，多方协同确保财政资金使用安全。<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">政策咨询服务电话：<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">重庆市：63636865、63636850、63636816、63636660、63636856；城口县：59223912<br/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-right:0;text-indent:43px"><span style="line-height: 24.5px">咨询服务时间为工作日每天9:00—18:00。</span><br/></p><p><br/></p></section></section></section></section><p></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//bbs.cktcw.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_SDk" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
