城口县：融雪除冰保畅通 护航春运平安路

!important">“我们从早上9点开始，就在现场开展除冰融雪工作，同时帮助受困车辆脱困。”城口县公路事务中心副主任罗寒意介绍，在国道G211北屏乡界梁段渝陕界梁段，因降雪导致路面出现积雪、结冰现象，不少车辆因没有佩戴防滑链而滞留，从2月12日以来，城口县组建了4个道路应急处置工作组，分片区布设撒布车、拖车等应急抢险设备19台，融雪剂140余吨，对高海拔结冰积雪路段实时开展融雪除冰作业，确保发现一处整治一处，实行销号管理，全力保障人民群众交通出行安全。</p><p !important">据了解，在受到低温雨雪冰冻天气影响较为严重的重点区域，城口县还建立了路地、路警联合协作机制，对不具备通行条件的路段禁止通行，并落实专人监管，坚决杜绝冒险通行行为。同时，聚焦“两客一危”车辆和重型货车关键设施设备、公路水路工程建设等重点领域，加强安全生产风险隐患排查，在极端恶劣天气不具备安全运营条件时，应停尽停、应关尽关。</p><p
