0);">加强环境改造，优化布局。先后通过购买、租赁等方式新建改建住院办公场所2800余平方米，建成了无菌手术室、中医药服务区、辅助检查科室、公共卫生服务区、预防接种门诊、儿童保健门诊、行政后勤办公区等，建成后功能布局更加合理，门诊、住院及公共卫生服务条件显著改善，基本满足了辖区群众的日益增长的卫生健康需求。进行无障碍设施及急诊急救硬件改造，进一步增强了急救服务能力。添置便民设施设备，增设导医台，将辅助检查科室设在同一层、便于患者及重点人群体检等。</span></section><section 0);">打造特色科室，提升服务能力。自2016年自主开展微创外科手术以来，该中心通过不断引进和培养人才，更新换代设备，服务能力显著提升，已开展普外、肝胆、泌尿、肛肠、妇科等微创手术3000余例，无一例严重并发症发生，群众的信任度逐年提高。大力推广包括中草药、针灸、拔罐、牵引、中药贴敷等中医适宜技术，获得群众的认可。</span></section><section
