style="font-size:16px;letter-spacing:0.578px;text-decoration:none solid rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);"> 谁能想到，这块备受好评的“敞亮步道”，也曾是让群众揪心的“隐患地带”。高观人大以“摸准脉、聚合力、绣繁花”三步工作法，把“步梯改造”的民生愿景变成幸福实景，让民生愿景“活”起来 “早上六七点钟，是学生上学的高峰，孩子从这里经过时都不得不十分小心，一个不留神就会滑倒。”每到冬天，大量积水凝结成冰，孩子们上学更要小心翼翼，部分家长又由于种种原因没法亲自接送孩子，因此居住在附近的代表们往往早早就起来担当孩子们的“家长”。“这步梯是不好走，我七十几岁了，送孙子上学好几次都差点摔跤。”张奶奶说道。</span></section><section><span leaf="" 于是，高观学校前的老旧步梯成为众多群众的“痛点”，为解决这一痛点，2024年年初，高观镇人大主席团拟将“高观学校步梯改造”作为2024年重点民生实事项目候选项目，消息一经发出，不少群众纷纷投来赞许目光。</span></section><section><span leaf="" 为验证项目的可行性，主席团组织10余名人大代表实地调研，现场了解步梯破损程度、群众通行情况以及群众的看法；通过院坝会、座谈会以及微信等渠道，广泛征求群众意见建议。十余天下来，群众反馈络绎不绝，呼吁政府对步梯进行改造升级的意见建议更是多达40余条，占到所有意见建议的95%以上。于是“高观学校步梯改造”项目顺理成章成为高观镇2024年重点民生实事候选项目之一，在2024年年初人代会上，全票通过为高观镇2024年重点民生实事项目。</span></section><section><span 项目确定以后，怎么建，要达到怎样的效果又成为困扰代表们的难题，为了让民生实事项目真正来源于人民、服务于人民，高观人大积极发挥桥梁纽带作用，邀请群众代表、学校代表、施工代表等关键人员齐聚一堂。会上，参会人员各抒己见，气氛热烈。</span></section><section><span leaf="" “普通地砖不防滑，建议台阶一定要采用防滑砖，通行才更加安全。”群众代表率先发言。“这个坡道跨度太大，建议在中途适当添加几处平台，方便小孩子和老年人中途休息。”步梯改造关乎群众的切身利益和学生安全，群众代表发言格外踊跃。面对这些意见和疑问，人大代表们认真倾听、仔细记录，并不时提出自己的想法和建议。</span></section><section><span leaf=""
