重庆通报四起漠视群众、脱离群众、侵害群众利益问题

16px;">2013年10月至2024年12月，张金明利用担任合川区三汇镇老龙村党支部书记、村委会主任职务便利和职务影响，伙同村“两委”干部对在老龙村实施的项目“雁过拔毛”“吃拿卡要”，侵占集体资金300余万元、收受贿赂110余万元，严重侵害群众利益。张金明等5名村“两委”干部被开除党籍，涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。</span></span></p></section></section></section><section 16px;">上述通报的4起案例，有的利欲熏心，私欲膨胀，把困难群众购房指标当成谋利工具，漠视困难群众住房需求；有的贪图小利、肆意妄为，把学生专项经费当摇钱树，将个人利益凌驾于学生之上；有的心无戒惧、目无法纪，将公权力异化为谋私工具，为一己之私罔故群众利益；有的唯利是从、带头破纪破法，严重损害党群关系、干群关系。这些行为，严重侵害群众切身利益，啃噬群众获得感，影响党和政府形象。各级党组织和党员干部要以案为鉴、深刻汲取教训，深入践行以人民为中心的发展思想，站稳群众立场，以深入贯彻中央八项规定精神学习教育为契机，一体推进学查改，下大力气解决群众反映强烈的突出问题，切实以群众可感可及的工作成效，密切党同人民群众的血肉联系。全市纪检监察机关要坚持全面从严、一严到底，持续纵深推进群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治，聚焦重点对象、重点领域、关键环节强化监督，严惩漠视侵害群众利益的“蝇贪蚁腐”，严查一批在学习教育期间顶风违规违纪违法案件，以正风反腐新成效不断赢得人民群众的信任和拥护。</span></span></p></section></section><section
