box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 16px;">1.商家违法违规行为。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">商家向未成年人出售香烟（含零散香烟）、电子烟、酒精类饮品或提供代买服务等行为；商家以“临时租用”等名义向未成年人提供手机，规避防沉迷监管，影响未成年人正常学习生活。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 16px;">2.容留未成年人进入不适宜场所。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">酒吧、KTV、歌舞娱乐场所、网吧、酒店、文身馆、民宿旅馆、无人麻将馆、“剧本杀”“电竞工作室”“密室逃脱”等违规接纳未成年人消费或滞留。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 16px;">3.未成年人受侵害行为。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">校园内外遭受言语欺凌、社交欺凌、网络欺凌、身体暴力欺凌、猥亵等情形；实际监护人对未成年人实施虐待、家庭暴力等行为。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
