渝超同行”2025重庆城市足球超级联赛渝东北三峡库区赛区城口主赛场赛事有序进行，根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》《民用无人驾驶航空器生产管理若干规定》等法律法规，现对比赛期间临时空域实施管控，具体措施通告如下：</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">一、管控空域</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px"><span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0)">以城口县职业教育中心（E108°66′N31°94′）为中心，半径1000米范围内。飞行高度为真高200米以下。</span></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">二、管控时间</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px"><span textstyle="" style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0)">2025年10月12日12时00分至10月12日24时00分。</span></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">三、管控措施</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（一）禁飞规定。临时空域内禁止一切未经批准的无人机、航空模型、空飘物等“低慢小”航空器飞行，包括但不限于：民用、娱乐、商用无人机；三角翼、滑翔伞、热气球等载人飞行器。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（二）合法飞行审批。确需执行活动保障、应急救援、活动宣传、媒体转播等任务的无人驾驶飞行器飞行活动，须提前24小时向城口县公安局提交书面申请，获批后按照指定时间、飞行区域飞行。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（三）责任义务。无人机所有者需确保设备符合国家安全技术标准，主动配合公安机关登记查验。活动期间发现违规飞行物，公安机关将依法追究操作者相关责任。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">四、违规处罚</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（一）违反本通告规定擅自飞行的，公安机关将依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十三条、第二十八条，处警告或200元以下罚款；情节严重者处5-10日拘留，可并处500元以下罚款。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（二）未经批准在管制空域飞行违反《无人驾驶航空器飞行管理暂行条例》的，依法没收航空器并处2万至10万元罚款。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">（三）造成重大事故或干扰无线电频率涉嫌犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf="" style="font-size: 16px">五、监督举报</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em"><span leaf=""
