岚天：精准监督护航“三保障” 民生福祉暖人心

class="">雨露计划</span>”资金发放、农村危房改造资金拨付、家庭医生履职尽责等重点任务细化分解，明确责任领导、具体岗位和整改时限，形成闭环管理。联合乡村振兴办、财政所等部门开展专项监督检查，通过核查补贴发放凭证、比对教育医疗数据、实地督导危房改造项目进度等方式，确保“应享尽享、应补尽补”的惠民政策落地见效。</span></span></p><p 16px;">在义务教育保障方面，重点督导控辍保学、教育资助发放、乡村学校建设等工作，深入排查适龄儿童失学辍学风险隐患及资助资金发放不及时等问题；在基本医疗保障方面，严格督查医保参保率、村级卫生室服务能力、家庭医生签约服务、门诊慢特病报销等重点环节，切实回应群众“看病难、看病贵”的问题；在住房安全保障方面，着力检查危房改造后续管护、易地搬迁安置点建设、配套设施完善等情况，及时发现并消除房屋渗漏、服务缺失等安全隐患。</span></span></p><p
