SimHei">（一）禁飞规定。临时空域内禁止一切未经批准的无人机、航空模型、空飘物等“低慢小”航空器飞行，包括但不限于：民用、娱乐、商用无人机；三角翼、滑翔伞、热气球等载人飞行器。</span></section><section SimHei">（二）合法飞行审批。确需执行活动保障、应急救援、活动宣传、媒体转播等任务的无人驾驶飞行器飞行活动，须提前24小时向城口县公安局提交书面申请，获批后按照指定时间、飞行区域飞行。</span></section><section SimHei">（三）责任义务。无人机所有者需确保设备符合国家安全技术标准，主动配合公安机关登记查验。活动期间发现违规飞行物，公安机关将依法追究操作者相关责任。</span></section><section style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent;text-indent:2em;margin-bottom:unset"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent;font-size:16px;font-family:黑体, SimHei">四、违规处罚</span></section><section SimHei">（一）违反本通告规定擅自飞行的，公安机关将依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十三条、第二十八条，处警告或200元以下罚款；情节严重者处5-10日拘留，可并处500元以下罚款。</span></section><section
