margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">重庆市内的机关、企事业单位、社会组织及个人均可参加。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">三、征集方式</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（一）地方、部门推荐</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">市安委会、市防减救灾委成员单位和各区县安委会、防减救灾委原则上推荐作品不少于1部、不超过5部；中央在渝企业及市属重点企业原则上推荐作品不少于1部、不超过3部。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（二）社会征集</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">为激励社会各界、广大公众参与应急科普微视频的创作、制作，向社会公开征集优秀科普微视频作品。每个机构、每位公民可以自荐1部作品。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">为激发广大青少年对应急科普的兴趣，提升青少年发现问题和解决问题的能力，优秀应急科普微视频评选向青少年倾斜，鼓励青少年个人自荐作品。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">四、作品要求</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（一）时间要求</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">参选作品应为2025年5月1日至2026年6月30日之间完成并在有关平台播出过的原创微视频作品，时长为1～5分钟。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（二）内容要求</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">内容围绕普及安全生产（如有限空间作业、工商贸生产、复工复产、建筑施工、矿山开采等）、防灾减灾救灾（如洪水、泥石流、雷电、强降水、内涝等自然灾害的知识科普）和应急救援知识（如生活中常见的应急应对技巧等），并符合以下要求：</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">1．作品符合党的路线、方针、政策，符合国家关于互联网作品及其传播的相关法律法规；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">2．内容短而精，兼具科学性、知识性、通俗性、艺术性、趣味性；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">3．作品应在2025年5月1日至2026年6月30日期间，在区县级、省市级城市电视台，国内主流网络、新媒体平台，具有广泛影响的专业网站播出过，并提供原视频播放网址；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">4．作者承诺参选作品创意及素材的原创性，保证对提交作品拥有自主知识产权，若发现抄袭，取消评选资格；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">5．视频中的文字语言应为简体中文，配音和解说使用普通话，配中文字幕；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">6．视频应由片头、正片、片尾三部分构成，片头名称应与申报名称一致，片尾应体现主创人员、制作单位、版权单位等制作信息（不计入时长）。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">（三）形式、格式要求</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">1．作品形式为公益广告、纪录短片、科普动画、动漫解说等，可通过手机、相机、摄像头等多种视频终端摄录和AI生成（需注明）；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">2．作品分生产安全、防灾减灾救灾、日常生活三大类进行评选；</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">3．格式须为MP4格式，画幅比例16:9，分辨率为1080p以上，单个视频大小为100～300兆之间。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">五、评选办法</strong></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">参赛作品经形式审查后，市安委会、市防减救灾委将组织专家，从主题契合度及科学性、知识性、通俗性、艺术性、趣味性等方面进行评审并产生最终结果。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;">活动从2026年5月开始，7月10日前完成作品征集，7月底前确定最终评选结果，进行表彰奖励。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; font-size: 16px;">全市应急科普微视频大赛是普及应急管理知识、提高安全意识、增强防灾减灾救灾能力的有力举措，也是今年“安全生产月”活动的一项重要内容。各区县安委会、防减救灾委，各部门、各单位要深入广泛宣传推广，充分调动各方面积极性，按时报送作品。要明确专人负责，对集中报送作品的形式和内容进行严格把关，确保作品质量和活动实效。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
