16px;">近期，面对持续强降雨天气。为切实筑牢汛期安全防线，沿河乡始终坚持“人民至上、生命至上”理念，将防汛防灾工作作为当前首要重点任务，迅速进入防汛战时状态。乡党委、政府统筹部署，聚焦“保畅通、防地灾、护民安”三大核心重点，组织全员力量开展道路抢通保畅、地质灾害排查、房屋安全巡查等工作，全方位构筑响应迅速、处置高效、全域覆盖的汛期安全防护网，坚决守护辖区群众生命财产安全。</span></span></p><p></p><section 16px;">受持续强降雨影响，沿河乡部分山区道路出现边坡垮塌、乱石滚落、树木倒伏等险情，严重阻断道路交通，影响群众日常出行和应急抢险通行。为全力保障道路通畅，沿河乡严格落实“随断随清、即堵即通”工作要求，由乡平安办牵头，组建多支“党员先锋突击队”和村级应急抢险队伍，配备铁锹、装载机等专业抢险设备，实行24小时待命值守机制。一旦接到险情上报或巡查发现道路障碍，抢险人员第一时间赶赴现场处置。</span></span></p><p 16px;">沿河乡辖区山地坡度大、地质条件复杂，全域共有22处地质灾害风险点、2个山洪灾害威胁区，入汛后滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害风险陡增。为扎实做好地灾防治工作，沿河乡将地质灾害巡查监测作为防汛核心工作，推动巡查监测常态化、精细化、规范化。严格落实“乡领导包片、村干部包村、网格员包点”三级包保责任制，为每一处地质灾害风险点位明确行政责任人和专职监测人员，压实全链条监管责任。</span></span></p><p></p><section 16px;">持续强降雨对辖区老旧房屋、切坡建房、临水建房造成极大安全隐患。为精准排查整治房屋安全风险，沿河乡组织乡村干部、网格员、志愿者组建排查专班，对辖区农户房屋开展拉网式、地毯式全覆盖隐患排查，重点聚焦山区老旧房屋、独居老人、留守儿童等重点区域和特殊群体。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">排查人员逐户上门，细致检查房屋墙体、屋面结构、排水系统，重点核查墙体开裂、房屋倾斜、屋顶漏雨、房前屋后排水堵塞、周边边坡滑坡等安全隐患。严格落实“不漏一户、不落一房”排查标准，对现场可整改隐患，协助农户立即整改；对无法即时整改的隐患，全部建立台账、挂牌管控，落实临时防护措施、明确专人盯守，并及时引导群众转移避险，坚决杜绝危房住人、隐患留人。截至目前，全乡累计入户排查走访500余人次，精准排查化解各类房屋安全隐患。</span></span></p><p
