龙田：采样溯源守底线 精准护航百姓“养殖致富路”

link-id="link-1781158912017-0.7645975179361406">血清学监测</span>采样工作，以精准采样、科学检测、闭环管控，跑出畜禽防疫“新速度”，守护辖区畜牧养殖安全。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" 16px;">线上依托“村村通”广播、村社微信群，常态化推送夏季畜禽防疫提示、检测结果查询指南；线下累计发放防疫知识明白纸、宣传资料500余份，覆盖群众1000余人次。全方位、立体化的宣传引导，让群众防疫认知持续提升，主动防疫意愿显著增强。近两周以来，全镇已有20余户养殖户主动联系防疫人员，申请开展畜禽抗体检测，实现了从“要我检测”到“我要检测”的思想转变，全民防疫氛围愈发浓厚。</span></span></p><p></p><section 16px;">以本次血清采样监测工作为契机，龙田镇进一步健全畜禽养殖精细化、常态化防疫管控机制，推动动物疫病防控从“被动处置”向“主动预警”转型升级。建立“季度抽检+月度自查”常态化检测制度，规模养殖场每季度至少完成一次送检，散养户每半年实现一轮全覆盖抽检，检测结果纳入畜禽养殖档案，作为惠农补贴、日常监管的重要依据。</span></span></p><p></p><section 16px;">同时，推行“采样检测+现场指导”捆绑服务，防疫人员入户采样期间，同步排查圈舍卫生、通风消杀、粪污处理等情况，现场指导养殖户规范落实日常消毒、疫病防控举措，对人畜混居、粪污乱排等安全隐患现场下达整改告知书，跟踪督办、闭环整改。此外，该镇同步推进动物疫病风险热力图数据采集工作，整合血清检测、免疫记录、养殖密度等数据，为后续精准调配防疫资源、科学防控疫病提供有力数据支撑。</span></span></p><p
