16px;">本次演练全程依托“141”基层智治平台开展，镇指挥中心通过平台统一下发演练指令，各网格、各片区同步快速响应，实时回传现场画面，实现演练进度可视化、指令下达精准化、镇村联动高效化。通过实景演练，进一步厘清各岗位工作职责，优化完善群众避险转移路线，让镇村干部、地质灾害监测员熟练掌握应急处置流程，同时有效提升群众防灾避险、自救互救能力，全面夯实镇村两级应急响应和协同处置水平。参与演练的监测员表示，就地开展的实景演练贴合辖区防汛实际，能够帮助工作人员和群众沉着应对突发险情，保障处置工作规范有序、高效落地。</span></span></p><p></p><section 16px;">针对排查发现的边坡浮石、沟渠堵塞、墙体松动等安全隐患，工作人员现场拍照取证，通过“141”基层智治平台一键上报、限时派单、定岗整改，严格落实“发现—上报—派单—处置—反馈”全流程闭环管理。同步更新隐患排查台账，完善避险预案、警示标识等相关资料，建立“排查—建档—整改—常态化管控”全链条工作机制，从源头防范化解汛期地质灾害风险。</span></span></p><p
