16px;">修齐镇坚持平台赋能、资源聚合，精准搭建新阶人士创业就业、交流发展阵地，在白果村产业链综合体打造新的社会阶层人士创业就业友好空间，为人才创业、产业发展提供坚实支撑。针对群众就业增收需求，联动辖区职业技能培训机构，精准对接市场需求，常态化开展电商实操、叉车操作、保健推拿等实用技能培训。目前，已累计帮助460余名群众考取职业技能证书，带动408人稳定就业，真正让群众练就一技之长、稳定增收致富。</span></span></span></p><p textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">该镇坚持靠前服务、精准纾困，聚焦新阶人士、民营企业急难愁盼问题，主动对接上级部门，积极争取产业扶持、金融帮扶等惠企政策，切实为经营主体减负纾困。“刚来创业人生地不熟，扩大基地又遇上资金缺口，多亏镇上主动对接帮扶，解决了我的燃眉之急。”重庆维秋农业有限公司负责人说道。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">依托新阶人士资源优势，修齐镇深化“万企兴万村”行动，推动12家企业与村（社区）结对共建，成功引进辣椒、淫羊藿等特色产业落地发展。各村企联动常态化开展助老助困、捐资助学、消费帮扶等志愿服务168人次，为乡村道路硬化、人居环境整治等公益事业捐资捐物20余万元。针对特色种植产业发展短板，该镇精准邀请农技专家下沉田间地头，手把手开展起垄覆膜、田间管护等实操教学，覆盖种植农户200余户，有效破解群众种植技术难题。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 16px;">全方位的帮扶举措，实现了企业增效、集体增收、农户致富的三方共赢。目前，相关合作企业年营业收入达1100万元，带动种植农户户均增收4000元以上，吸纳80余名本地群众就近务工，发放务工工资超100万元，切实以统战力量激活乡村发展活力。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span
