厚坪：红色村以工代赈“三本账” 算出群众满满幸福感

leaf="">今年，厚坪乡红色村成功争取以工代赈项目资金，重点用于村内产业道路硬化、河堤整治等基础设施建设。项目开工建设以来，持续吸纳本地村民就近务工增收。让村民倍感暖心的，不仅是在家门口实现就业增收，更得益于“群众参与、群众建言、群众监督”的惠民建设新模式。</span></span></p><p><br/></p><section data-role="title" leaf="">项目建设初期，该村通过院坝会广泛征集群众意见，村民代表纷纷建言：“自己的工程自己监督，建设质量才更有保障。”村“两委”积极采纳群众建议，推行社长领班制度，从务工村民中择优推选经验丰富的老工匠担任村级质量监督员，赋予现场停工整改权限。无论是混凝土配比不达标、石料砌筑不规范，还是施工细节存在瑕疵，监督员均可当场叫停施工、要求整改，确保工程质量过硬。</span></span></p><p leaf="">此前，有村民因田间即将成熟的核桃、玉米作物因施工受损，准备与施工方争执。了解情况后，村内社长、乡贤代表第一时间上门耐心劝导：“你的损失我们都看在眼里、记在心里，施工方也并非故意为之。修路搭桥是惠民好事，工程早完工、群众早受益，这是大家盼了多年的民生实事，需要我们邻里同心、共同维护。”一番暖心诚恳的话语，有效化解了村民的抵触情绪，该村民不仅谅解了施工问题，还主动为道路建设建言献策。</span></span></p><p leaf="">据了解，截至目前，该项目建设过程中产生的多起小型矛盾纠纷，均在村内妥善化解，无一起纠纷上交乡政府，真正实现“小事不出组、大事不出村”的基层治理成效。村党支部书记黄由学表示，下一步，红色村将持续用好以工代赈政策红利，在抢抓工程进度、严把建设质量的同时，始终坚持群众参与、群众监督、群众受益的建设理念，充分发挥项目惠民利民实效，依托项目建设涵养邻里互帮互助的淳朴乡风，凝聚村民合力，共建和美红色乡村。</span></span></p><p><br/></p><section
