leaf="">同步推行精细化清单管理，对独居老人、精神障碍及智力障碍人员等重点群体开展全面摸排、逐一建档，落实专人结对监护机制。镇村干部常态化下沉网格、入户走访，与护林员、重点农户、重点人群监护人逐一签订森林防火责任书、野外用火承诺书，广泛张贴防火倡议书、发放防火告知书，构建形成“山有人守、林有人护、火有人防、责有人担”的闭环防火防控体系。</span></span></p><p><br/></p><section
