style="font-size:16px;">自9月14日以来，我县持续遭遇连续强降雨天气，面对多重灾害叠加的严峻考验，全县各级干部勠力同心、冲锋在前，连续奋战抢险救灾一线，成功处置一处处险情。全县各级干部要深入学习习近平总书记关于防灾减灾救灾重要论述和今年以来对各类灾害事故的重要指示批示精神，始终坚守“人民至上、生命至上”理念，坚决摒弃侥幸心理、克服麻痹松懈思想，扎实做好防大汛、抢大险、救大灾的准备。要密切跟踪雨情、水情、汛情变化，抓好会商研判、预警叫应、风险排查、避险转移、信息报送、抢险救援、灾后重建等重点工作，坚决守住“不死人、少伤人、少损失”底线。要层层压紧防灾减灾救灾责任链条，足额储备抢险物资和应急装备，建优健全应急救援队伍，常态化组织应急演练，全力守护人民群众生命财产安全。</span></p><p
