岚天：三维发力抓实冬季防火宣传

margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">傍晚的农家院坝，成了防火宣讲的主阵地。乡、村干部落实“四下基层”，实行错时宣讲，趁着村民农忙收工、围坐闲谈时开起“岚心夜话”，不讲空洞条款，用身边案例敲响警钟。“去年邻村农户在林缘烧杂草，一阵大风引燃山林，十几个人扑火大半天才控制住火势，当事人既要赔偿林木损失，还受到处罚。”“前些年一位老人在柴房熏腊肉，火星引燃干柴，房屋和过冬物资尽数烧毁。”干部用本地方言和群众拉家常、聊隐患，宣讲从单向灌输变成双向交流。截至目前，全乡已开展岚心夜话40余场，覆盖群众3000余人次，收集枯枝乱堆、线路老化、熏烤用火不规范等隐患线索12条，入户走访200余户。网格员巡查发现野外冒烟、违规用火，第一时间通过“141”基层智治平台上报派单，实现隐患快处置、不过夜；院落长、无职党员就近值守进山路口，及时劝阻野外用火，做到小火早处置。</span></span></p><p></p><section nodeleaf="" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); margin: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">十户联防是岚天乡防火工作的关键抓手。按照院落相邻、就近联动原则，全乡划分微网格联防组，推选老党员、护林员、热心村民担任联防长，一人身兼宣传员、监督员、初期火情处置员。平日里，联防长串门干活同步开展提醒，重点关注独居老人、放假孩童等重点人群，当面叮嘱用火事项；在防火重点时段，坚持每日巡护责任片区，查看林间火情、劝阻野外用火。一旦发现火情苗头，第一时间组织就近群众先期处置，同步上报网格员纳入平台闭环管理，邻里用火矛盾也由联防长就地调解。群众发现冒烟、违规用火，通过渝快办“一键报险”进行上报，引导大家从“等着干部查”变成“邻里互相查、全民主动防”。</span></span></p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
